Magic Lies Within You

We all understand the interconnection between mind and body. What affects one affects the other. The same principle applies to the three dimensions of our personality- Language, Focus, and Posture or Physiology. Modifying even one of these factors can dramatically lift or lower your mood instantly, affect your emotions, and influence your actions. The philosophy, which Tony Robbins developed as the Triad to find one's emotional peak, is extremely versatile and serves as the foundation of any transformation.

LANGUAGE

There are multiple strategies to improve your linguistic awareness. To create MAGIC, you only need to tap into the power that lies within you. Language affects young minds the most, thus parents, caregivers, or educators should watch out for the words they speak. Vocal tone? Simply making your statements "Positively-Stated" can change your communication. You may say, "Give me one more opportunity" instead of "I won't bother you again." Or "Even if I'm not used to this kind of situation, I'll do my best" instead of “I am not sure if I can do this." There are multiple strategies to improve your linguistic awareness. What's even better! To create MAGIC, you only need to tap into the power that lies within you. FOCUS

A traumatic event or a lovely reminiscence may leave you fearful, empty, and regretful. We frequently focus on what we want to believe. If you concentrate on identifying flaws, you will notice flaws everywhere. You will never be able to grow what you have if you focus on what you lack. The words to Willie Nelson's song "Energy Follows Thought" perfectly explain the concept. Things will improve as you concentrate on positive thoughts, viewpoints, and interactions. Many people's lives have been transformed by the consistent practice of mindfulness to focus on the now and the good. In children, be cautious of what you focus on since what you focus on expands.

POSTURE

Our thoughts affect our bodies. The easiest way to verify this is to compare your stress- induced and calm-induced breathing. Consider your thoughts as you sit with your shoulders hunched, head down, and hands clasped. We know there will be some not-so-pleasant thoughts there. Your emotions cause these actions. Once you realize your mental condition, you can change it quickly by changing your posture. When anxious, breathe deeply. Open your body even if you're not confident (such as a straight back and open arms). Your physical self will tell your brain about the hints. You will experience a shift in the way you communicate and your thoughts will be clearer. The MAGIC you seek is already within you. We send our kids many nonverbal cues.
